Educational Rights

  1. Right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice. Right to appoint Governing Body of their choice.
  2. Right to admit students of their communities first.
  3. Right to appoint Principals, Head Masters/ Head Mistresses and teachers of their choice, provided they have the minimum qualification prescribed by the Government.
  4. Right to take reasonable fees from students if the educational institutions are not receiving grant-in-aid from the Government.
  5. Right to select the medium of instruction.
  6. Right to fix a uniform dress for the students.
  7. Right to teach religion and conduct worship for the children of the minority community.
  8. Right to admit either boys or girls or both.
  9. Right not to be nationalized by the Government.

Withdrawal

Those who apply for transfer certificate after reopening of the school will be required to pay the fee of the current installment whether the child has attended the school or not. No transfer certificate will be issued untill all dues to the school have been paid in full.
